I help oversee six brokerages comprised of top producing agents who have a love for our islands.  My areas of expertise are luxury homes and commercial properties with an emphasis on homes priced above $3m, investment properties, and developments. 

In addition to being a partner in multiple real estate brokerages that have sold more than $2 billion in USVI Real Estate, commercial properties, and numerous rental properties, I am the managing partner of a Virgin Islands tech company that works with real estate technology companies around the world. 

Family

I enjoy spending time on the water with my wife and kids. The Virgin Islands allows us to have a healthy work/home balance. 

Background

I am from Washington state. I went to a small college in Idaho and obtained my real estate license in 2006. I moved to the Virgin islands in 2008.
