For the first time ever, St. John is hosting a Home Expo — a one-of-a-kind event bringing together local realtors, builders, lenders, and community organizations all committed to making homeownership more accessible for residents of our island.

Empowering Homeownership Through Education

Hosted by the St. John Board of Realtors with support from UVI CELL – St. John CRDC, the Home Expo was designed to help attendees better understand the homebuying process — from building and financing to legal and long-term financial planning.
Local experts will lead workshops, answer questions, and share insight into every step of owning a home in the Virgin Islands.
