WOW, we are up to 139 homes for sale on this little island! There seems to be a little something in every range. Let’s take a look at these ranges to get an idea of what’s going on on the island of St. John. Range breakdown for 139 active homes:
17  under $600,000  - 34 $640,000 to $999,000 - 24 $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 - 23 $1,525,000 – $2,000,000   -    20 $2m range - 10 $3m range - 10 $4m  to $9.9m and topping the charts is ONE estate priced at $24,950,000 (above photo) Very interesting…..that works out the same for the sold/pending homes that I wrote about the other week with most of the activity being under $1,500,000.
