Now that the 3rd quarter is over we can see that sales on St John will be about the same this year as last. Last year 40 homes were sold on our Multiple Listing Service and we have sold 31 so far this year with 9 under contract.  16 of these homes sold for under $1M, 12 between $1M and $2M and 2 over $3M.
Land sales have shown some improvement with 31 sales last year and 34 so far this year. 13 have sold for under $100,000 and 13 between $100,000 and $200,000.
Condos are on track to do better this year with 9 sold in 2014 and 8 sold so far this year with 4 more under contract.
