Three homes listed on St John’s MLS have been contracted in the past seven days. One was listed for $1.25M, one at $895,000 and one was a bank sale listed at $224,900. It is nice to see this action so early in the season. Perhaps the frigid weather in some parts of the States has something to do with it.
