We currently have 133 timeshare units available on the resale market for the Westin Resort, St. John which is lower than it has been in a long time. There were 20 units sold in 2013 and we are currently at 18 units sold for 2014 so it appears that the sales will be much higher this year. The least expensive units on the market are both priced at $3,000 and they are a one bedroom unit for week 21 (May 24-31) and a two bedroom unit for week 18 (May 3-10).
