 
This is the view photo from the parcel of land in Chocolate Hole that went under contract today. It’s listed at $125,000 and comes with a topo survey and expired, permitted building plans. It’s really good to see some activity and with the market being saturated with listings, it’s a really good time for Buyers to step forward and make offers. This year’s land sales are neck to neck with last year’s sales of 20 parcels. There are currently 19 parcels of land sold or pending for 2009 with 12 of these parcels priced under $205,000 at the time of contract and 8 closed under $100,000. Very interesting. We’ll have to wait and see what this Chocolate Hole parcel closes at.
