We’ve been talking about “Amorita Villa” for awhile now and will continue to do so until it goes under contract. This is truly one of the “bargains” on St. John. Concrete construction built in 1996 with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, nice water view on half acre of land. Originally listed December 2006 at $1,700,000 and has worked it’s way down to a bargain of a price at $849,000 which calculates out to $283 per square foot!
