16 Estate Saunders Gut, St. John, has just been purchased by a great couple who appreciate what St. John has to offer.  It was a smooth, quick transition where everyone was happy.   This is the 24th land listing to sell this year,  there are currently 8 pending land sales at this time.  We are going to be close to the sale number for 2012, when there was a total of 33 land sales.  Residential sales have seen a marked improvement with 39 sales so far this year and 7 current pending properties, we are up from a total of 28 residential sales last year.
