There are currently 264 active land listings on St. John. That’s a pretty large inventory for our small island. It’s still a slow market and most Sellers are anxious to see an offer. There was another parcel that went under contract last week priced just under $200,000. We are seeing some activity in the lower price range of both land and houses. This is truly a great time to shop! There is inventory available for every price range. Of the 264 active land listings, 53 are under $250,000, 32 are under $200,000, 19 are under $150,000 and 5 are under $100,000.
