I love the chance to talk about my opinion and I neglected to mention one of my thoughts yesterday about a current home for sale in Catherineberg. I think that “Cinnamon Day Dreams” in Catherineberg, currently listed for $1,995,000, is a good value and has a nice view into the West end of Tortolla (photo above) Why? because there was a parcel of land in Catherineberg that sold in Oct 2008 for $1,800,000 and for almost the same price, you also get a very nice house (with pool & hot tub!). Why does the price seem low for a house in Catherineberg? because the typical view from any parcel is Catherineberg is a big 180 degree view of the North Shore except for this parcel which has a nice view but is clipped by hill it sits on in the left direction and the by the hill to the right as you can see in above photo.
