Another Way to Sell Real Estate

A lovely house was gifted for a week to an ‘Influencer’ couple and the only requirement was to host a party for friends.  The owner wants to sell and the strategy was utilized, a potential sale may ensue!  The previous week was gifted to Leo , Here is the New York Post write-up on the house.
