Baked in the Sun is one of my favorite restaurants on the island of St. John.  It is my go to place for a cup of coffee,  lunch, treats and a warm greeting from KO and staff.  My pick for lunch is the veggie burger on a salad, fantastic, they’re homemade, as are all the offerings at Baked in the Sun.  From our blog to theirs: “Established in Beautiful St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands in November 2000, Baked In The Sun is a true family bakery.
