Ditleff Point is a gated community with paved roads, underground utilites and deeded beach access to the white sandy beach in the above photo. There are currently 13 parcels of land for sale in Ditleff Point ranging from $695,000 to $2,500,000 mostly over sized parcels with one just over half acre at .656 and all the others ranging from .77 to 2.76.
