There are currently 151 homes for sale on St. John and 6 are in Hansen Bay ranging from $925,000 to $2,400,000. Along with 243 land listings and 26 are in Hansen Bay ranging from $175,000 to $1,250,000 and 2 large parcels; 18 acres for $2,990,000 and 5.31 acres for $4,500,000.
