Coqui, a beautiful waterfront villa sold at 1.6M.  This Great Cruz Bay Estate now has new owners that are looking to enjoy it as the previous owners did.  We are lucky to have the new buyers as part of our St. John / Love City owners.  When they are ‘off island’ ‘Catered To’ will continue to manage  and offer this villa as a short term rental.  The new owners have some wonderful upgrades coming!
