We have had a flutter of activity with 4 properties going under contract in the past 6 days in the price range of $239,000 to $780,000. The sales activity continues to be in the price range under $1M and we still have a large inventory of homes to choose from. There have been a lot of showings at the studio cottage in Estate Carolina priced at $495,000 located on the hillside above Aqua Bistro restaurant with stunning views to the east down the BVI chain. I think that one is going to be on the sold list soon. We’ll see if I am right!
