The Westin Resort is a great place to stay on St. John.Â Everything one could need right there on the premises, beach, pool, spa, tennis, restaurants, taxi…..Imagine staying on St. John forÂ one month every year at the Westin. There are plenty of one month ownership opportunites at the Westin. What does that mean? The dates for one month fractionals are the 21st to the 21st and can be fixed (same time frame every year) or rotating (rotates the 3 months in the season).Â If the idea of staying on St. John for one month every year sounds great to year, you should take a look at what’s available on the resale market. What are the costs? After the initial purchase, an owner pays the annual dues and the property taxes each year. For a one month, Winter, studio unit the 2011 maintenance & replacement reserve fees are $6,822 and the last property tax bill was $665.51 so it would make your 30 night stay on St. John about $250 per night!
