The average price per square foot is $903. “L’Autre Monde” (Another World in French) is located in the Great Cruz Bay neighborhood and has 8,000 interior square feet and 2,000 exterior square feet for a total price per square foot of $525 which is well under the average with the closest competitor being at $722psf.
