Statistically, there are 20-30 units sold on the resale market each year with 2013 closing out with 20 units sold so it was good to close out 2014 with 37 units sold on the resale market! That is the most sold in one year on the resale market since I have been keeping track! We are hoping to have another good year in 2015 with 165 active units on the resale market and a have a few new listings getting ready to hit the MLS.
