St. John is really not that big. It only takes 45 minutes to drive from one end to the other but still many people I talk to want to be on the Cruz Bay side so they don’t have to drive so far into town. That’s all fine & good but when I talk to the “other” people, well they prefer to be as far away from town and any noise as possible. Where else but Hansen Bay? It’s beautiful out there! And there is plenty to choose from in Hansen Bay with 8 homes and 33 parcels of land on the market.
