This great building site, with down island views and retaining walls in place contracted quickly. We currently have 13 pending (waiting to close) land parcels and a total of 38 land sales so far this year.  We are up 40% compared to the land sales at this time last year.  We are also seeing an increase in residential construction with new homes popping up all around.  This is exciting news!  Residential sales are up by 2%, condo sales are up 33%.
