Estate Catherineberg is well known for the stunning North shore views in this small, exclusive association of 26 oversized one acre+ parcels that afford property owners some privacy. It’s a small neighborhood and the properties do not trade hands very often. I researched the transactions from 1995 and there have been 12 home sales and 7 land sales. This is not a view that owners are willing to part with very often. Le Chateau has been on the market since January 20 and has caused quite a stir. It has been priced to sell and not just sit on the market and there have been many showings with most customers going back for a second look. Mind you, I have been wrong before but I don’t think this one will stay on the market long. If you are focused on the Catherineberg view, this is one to look at seriously and don’t take my word for it about the pricing. Please contact me for the sales history of Catherineberg.
