Some good news on the St. John real estate front!   Islandia, in the past week, pended a home listed at $550,000, a beachfront parcel for listed at over$2M, a hill side parcel for  listed for $1M and a commercial property in Coral Bay  listed at $4.5M.  Another agency just contracted a home listed for over $9M.  I think things are looking up and buyers are loosening up those wallets a bit.
