Real Estate Sales Update

 Only 2 months and a few day have passed so far in 2013 but I just had a look at the sales statistics and this year seems to be an improvement over 2012 – so far.  From 1/1/12 to 3/5/12 six sales occurred including one house and five land parcels.   So far in 2013 we have seen sales of one condo, four homes and three land online slots pokies parcels.  Of course, with such a small market, these numbers are difficult to interpret but we are hoping this bodes well for a busy season.  Inventory is still high with 258 land parcels and 173 homes listed for sale on our Multiple Listing Service.
