There are new changes in the office space shuffle on St. John.  Two  real estate agencies on St. John are downsizing and consolidating offices. Town & Country has closed their Mongoose office and are concentrating their efforts from their Coral Bay office. Holiday Homes has closed the doors on their Mongoose Junction office after many years in that location and are focusing on their Marketplace offices.ÂÂ
Islandia remainds in the Islandia Building on the first floor. The Tax Assessor’s office and the Virgin Islands Finance Department are now renting space on the 2nd floor of the Islandia Building. We do have some space available on the third floor.
