Sales shown on St John’s MLS are pretty much the same as YTD last year. So far we have had 18 home sales compared with 19 at this time last year. Nine homes sold for between $1M and $2M and one in Great Cruz Bay sold for $2.1M. All the rest of the home sales were under $1M.
19 land parcels have sold compared with 17 at this time last year. 10 of these were under $100,000 and 5 were between $100,000 and $200,000.
Condos sales have improved a bit with 5 units sold so far this year compared with 2 during the same period last year.
Primary home markets in some parts of the States seem to be improving but second home purchases in the Virgin Islands is still quite soft. Â A good time to buy!
There are currently 152 homes for sale on our MLS and 256 land parcels. There are 24 condos listed for sale.  This inventory is about the same as last year.
