 
ST. JOHN U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The first of two public hearings was held on St. John on Wednesday night to gather information about a prior V.I. Public Services Commission rate investigation and subsequent decision to raise the price of ferry tickets for passengers who travel between St. Thomas and St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
