I recently had the pleasure of showing real estate on our beautiful island to a couple that sailed here from Cape Town,  South Africa.  These were well traveled visitors who circumnavigated the globe twice in their sailboat.  Having visited many islands in the world,  St. John is the only island that they have chosen for their second home.
