With Two Thirds of the island as National Park Land and with the ongoing acquisitions by the NPS and the Trust for Public Land, the availability of property on St. John has its limits for private ownership.  Described as “the most beautiful island in the Caribbean”,  Laurance Rockefeller began acquiring land on St. John that has evolved into our current national park.  Keeping this in mind we have a large number of vacant parcels of land for sale, the pickings are good and plentiful, buyers have control of the market.  The photo above is the view from Freeman Ground, overlooking Johnson’s Bay, Coral Bay, the East End, Privateer Point and the British Virgin Islands.  This is just one of our beautiful parcels of land available.  We have a lot to be thankful for on St. John and with that I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!  For more information regarding property on St. John contact jane@islandiarealestate.com 941.544.5855
