There are currently 41 homes sold/pending for 2014 YTD with 29 of the sales or 70% being under $1.2M compared to 2013 with 48 homes sold and 35 sales being under $1.2M or 73%. Clearly the hot spot in our market on St. John are homes in the $1.2M range and we still have a very nice inventory to choose from with 146 active home listings on the MLS, 50 are under $1M and 47 are between $1-2M.
