Senator-At-Large Craig Bashinger has introduce a bill in the Virgin Islands Legislature that would limit buildings on St. John to a maximum of three stories. I am very in much in favor of the bill and have spoken with several of my clients who own properties that are currently zoned to allow six or more stories. Though use of their land would be restricticted those I spoke with have agreed that it would be best for the island and will not oppose the bill. Who says all developers are bad!!
