Under Contract

So far this month there have been 3 homes contracted and all at a list price under $1million with a home in Estate Rendezvous & Ditleff at the top of the list at $950,000 (above photo). Most of the previewing activity has been under $1.5 million. It appears that many customers who could not get into the market while it was on the upswing, are taking advantage of the down cycle in the market. We have a lot to choose from in our small market.
