Just when you thought things couldn’t get much worse, an article appears in the Virgin Islands Daily News stating that    “…an attorney who was fired recently after working two months as the executive director for the territory’s Office of the Board of Tax Review has provided information to The Daily News that paints a picture of a dysfunctional office rife with personality conflicts and political ties.”
