Westin Timeshare Update
Greetings from St. John! Summer is heating up and it’s time for a Westin timeshare resale market update.
There are currently 71 Westin timeshare units available for resale… that number is the same as it was in April. There have been a few new listings, sales and cancellations. As of now, there are 17 sold and/or pending units for 2022. For reference, below are the sold numbers in the past several years.
- 2021 – 21 units sold
- 2020 – 14 units sold
- 2019 – 22 units sold
- 2018 – 5 units sold
- 2017 – 8 units sold
- 2016 – 28 units sold
- 2015 – 37 units sold
The resale market remains steady as we move into the summer season. We anticipate we will surpass the number of units sold in 2021. So far, the strongest interest has been shown in 3 bedroom units during the winter weeks.
