NO KIDDING! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, hot tub, pool side bar, concrete construction, water views, close to town with 3,000 total square feet which works out to  about $267 per square foot including the half acre of land! No matter how you disect the numbers, you just can’t build something right now for this price.
