Having a pool is great! Just ask my dog Louie (he really does know everything!) what he thinks about a swimming pool and he’ll tell you it’s a tail-wagging good time! That’s him in photo just out of my friend’s pool and he loves it! Having a pool is a personal choice when considering purchasing a home on St. John. And if you are considering putting your villa in a rental program, I would strongly recommend a swimming pool as they are very desirable for people when renting a vacation villa. The good thing about St. John is if you invest in a pool, it is something you can use year round and not just for a couple months that go by in the blink of an eye.
