What can I say? Who doesn’t love the North shore of St. John? With most of the North shore being National Park land, there is not much opportunity to purchase these few prestine properties. There are currently 165 homes for sale on St. John and of those there are 13 on or overlooking the north side of the island in a price range of $2.250M to $8.6M. For some, nothing but the north shore will do and I totally get it!
