Boats in front of Ditleff Point

The normal wind pattern on St. John are winds coming out of the south east and the water is fairly active on the south side of the island.  This keeps most of the boating activity on the north side. Over the weekend there were a few boats that stayed in the Klein & Monty Bay area of Rendezvous which tells me the winds must have been blowing more from the north east. None the less, a beautiful area of the island and I love to watch boat activity. I don’t blame these boaters for wanting to stay in front of Ditleff Point.  It’s a very nice development with a nice sandy beach you can see in the picture above.  Boaters have the right to access the beach by water but only the property owners have deeded beach access to enter the beach from the land. There is a nice parcel on that beach available for sale. It is 1.13 acre and has 210 feet of beach. Originally on the market for $4,500,000 it is currently priced at $2,500,000. For more information on this beautiful parcel of land or other real estate on St. John, please contact me at lynngiovanna@gmail.com or cell phone 340-344-1825. From beautiful St. John, USVI, have a sunny day! Lynn
