I just checked our statistics on the Multiple Listing Service and we now have 42 residential properties that have sold since Jan. 1st 2013, compared with a total of 28 residential properties sold all of 2012.  There are 5 properties pending and expected to close by the end of the year.  As agents we have noticed a considerable upswing in our showings since Nov. 1st, the season is upon us and it couldn’t be better for both sellers and buyers.  There were 16 properties that sold over the 1M mark and 3 of those sold for over 2M.
