Sales have not picked up so far in 2017 as we had hoped but it is looking like the second half of the year will be much better.
Twenty homes have sold so far this year on St John’s MLS. Four sold for between $1M and $1.6M and eight sold for between $500,000 and $1M and eight sold for under $500,000.
Eleven land parcels have sold so far this year with five of them under $100,000 and one over $1M.
Two condo units have sold on our MLS so far this year. Both were at Grande Bay for $850,000 and $900,000.
St John is in full Carnival mode with lots of entertainment in the village every night and most every accommodation full.
