St. John Festival 2017 came to an end after the parade and final night in the Festival Village on Tuesday, July 4. This year’s parade did not disappoint. Now that this year’s Festival celebration has passed, St. John will slow down somewhat as we enter the off season. There will be less visitors to the island which means less rentals which means more homes for sale will be available for showings!
