 It seems real estate sales took a turn for the better on St. John this past week with four properties newly contracted. The good news covered the spectrum from a house in Contant listed for $3.78M to a parcel of land in Calabash Boom, a condo at Palm Terrace Villas and a timeshare at the Westin Vacation Club. I am happy to say Islandia was involved in 3 out of the four contracts. For those waiting on the side lines now may be a good time to call your real estate agent and start looking for that perfect property at a bargain price.
