There were 2 great homes that closed this week. Both were under $500,000 and located on the Cruz Bay side of the island. It is good to see the activity in the housing market. There were 27 homes sold last year on St. John and these 2 closings bring us up to 17 sold 2013 YTD with another 13 pending so we are certain to end this year with more homes sold. We are also seeing multiple offers on properties which is another strong indicator of market improvement.
