All I can say is congratulations to the Buyer! Amani villa closed today located in Estate Chocolate Hole in the Great Cruz Bay neighborhood at $1,200,000. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, concrete house with a pool that has stunning sunset views to the west. I have customers ask me all the time what I think is a good deal. I find this approach never works. The hard part is finding a property that you like. I would suggest finding 2 or 3 that work for you and then put in an offer on your top choice. You never know when a property is going to close at a great price as the Amani Villa did.
