This exclusive neighborhood with breathtaking North Shore views and spacious one acre parcels, rarely offers a lot to choose from on the real estate market. The last sale in the area was a 1.14 acre parcel of land in October 2008 that sold for $1,800,000. Of course, it’s the desirability of location and the view that establish the value and to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee on your deck enjoying a view like this…..well you can understand why this neighborhood holds such a high value.
