Gallows Point is a well maintained and managed condo association operated as a hotel. It was built in the early 80’s and has a great history of repeat guests who enjoy the in town location within walking distance from the shops & restaurants. There has not been a large turn over in ownership over the years and we just had unit 11B close at $435,000 and was listed at $485,000….Great price for the Buyer! Unit 11A has recently come on the market for $499,000 and I have had some strong interest in this unit and recently went to the unit to take more photos for my customer.
