So since we’re talking all about me & my opinion (ha!) I want to talk about one of my favorite villas on the market in Calabash Boom ( MLS#10-98) with an amazing down island view. Originally on the market at $3,900,000 this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, concrete villa with swimming pool and separate guest cottage has been drastically reduced to $2,499,000!
