All I can say is, if your cisterns are not already full, you have a problem! Our roads are still being repaired from Earl & Otto and now we have more rain from Tomas! I looked out my office window just minutes ago and St. Thomas had disappeared! The rain clouds were so thick I could not see the big island. I was releived 5 minutes later when it was back on the horizon. If you are on island, drive with caution. Need more St. John weather updates?? I’m glad to give you a bird’s eye view anytime!
