Many of our web site vistors miss some of the helpful tools available on the site. These are listed on the left side of most of our web pages but sometimes you must scroll down to see them all. These tools include an interactive map that shows all of the various “Estates” on St. John as well as the capability to show all listings in a particular Estate. Another useful tools is the “New Listings” page which shows all new listings for the previous week. We also have a “Sales History” page that shows statistics for past sales broken down into types of properties. This page is updated quarterly.
